The NCNano Northern California Nanotechnology Initiative is a regional economic development program committed to building the world's leading Nanotechnology Cluster here in Northern California.

Our major organizational goals are to bring $6B in Nanotechnology investment and grant money into the Northern California Region and to create 150,000 new local jobs.

Through creation of the Northern California Nanotechnology Institute NCNano will provide the unifying fabric which integrates Universities, Research Labs, Businesses, Capital, Local and Regional Governments and Entrepreneurs.

Our challenge is to foster the creation of a dynamic environment where new ventures, spinouts and established companies can mutually prosper in the new, nanotechnology driven, global technology economy.
